Upcoming Changes To Lap Swim

Rancho Pool will close down this winter for pool deck repairs. We are aiming to do the repairs in December and will provide notice when the exact date is known. When we return, the quarter pass will be replaced by the month pass on Civic Rec and autopay will be available if desired (see pricing below). We will still be using SKEDDA for lane booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens until the winter pool closure?

Nothing changes until after Rancho Rinconada re-opens this spring.

How do I claim my senior discount if I am not a resident of Rancho Rinconada?

Please stop by the office with proof of your age, such as your drivers license. We will adjust your CivicRec account accordingly, which will allow you to receive the senior discount on future purchases.

What happens to the unused time on my quarter pass?

If Rancho Rinconada closes down for renovations this winter before your quarter pass expires, please talk to the office. We will add your unused time as credit on your CivicRec account. You will be able to use that credit towards buying a monthly pass once Rancho Rinconada reopens in the spring.

When will Rancho Rinconada be closed for renovations?

Our goal is to begin construction in December. We will provide updates on this page as the exact date becomes clearer.

I have a punch pass, can I still use it?

Yes! Rancho Rinconada does not offer punch passes for purchase any more. However, you are still able to use any legacy punch passes that still have punches left to use.

Can I use my monthly pass for public swim?

Yes you can! When you stop by the office to get your wristband, just show your monthly pass and you are all set.
