– Must be at least 14 years old on or before June
– Swim team experience is a plus, but not required
– Freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke required
We have a Red Cross-certified Lifeguard Instructor and provide in-house training for both swim instructors and lifeguards.

Qualifications:
✅ Availability: Minimum of 3 weekdays per week + Saturday mornings this summer (For Swim Meets).
✅ Competitive Swimming Experience: strong stroke proficiency to effectively coach all age groups and skill levels.
Coaches without prior experience must complete at least 2 sessions of pre-comp instruction in the water before or while beginning their coaching role.
✅ Engaging Communication: Must be comfortable leading swimmers with confidence, enforcing discipline when necessary, and providing structured coaching, while maintaining a fun environment.
