Pre-Competitive Swim Training

About Pre-Comp

The pre-comp program is designed to help transition swimmers into the swim team. In pre-comp, students will refine all four basic strokes, build endurance to swim longer distances, and learn essential skills for the swim team, including reading the clock, circle swimming, turns, and dives. Sign-ups occur for 2-week sessions.

Our instructor ratio is 1 instructor per 4 swimmers.

How do I register for Pre-Comp?

1. Register for a tryout online using our Google Form
2. Then show up to the pool on Weekdays (Mon. – Fri.)  between  4-6 PM and ask one of the coaches for a precomp tryout.
3. After passing the tryout, sign up at the office!
