About Summer Camp

Summer Camp offers a variety of recreational activities, including free swim time and guided sessions in outdoor play, arts & crafts, and science. Campers are supervised by trained staff throughout, and all activities take place at the Rancho Pool, which features multiple amenities in one convenient location. We do not offer swim lessons with our summer camp. If you are interested in swim lessons, please visit our swim lessons page.

Summer Camp at Rancho Rinconada Pool

$890 per session (two weeks) | $445 for session 2 only (one week)

Payment is taken immediately online through CivicRec

Camp Hours Monday through Friday  8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Extended care available from 3:30 pm to 4:45 pm

Ages: 4 1/2 – 10 years of age

Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit will be required per child for each session

The deposit is to reserve your child’s placement in the session should you decide to cancel or have fees applied to your child during their enrollment. If there are no cancellations or applicable fees (as listed below), the deposit will be reimbursed in full in the form of a check that you can pick up after the end of the session you registered your child for.

Fees: *per child

- $15 Late Pick-Up
- $30 Late Pick-Up (over 30 Minutes)
- $15 Admin Fee for changing sessions
- $50 cancellation fee will apply to any session canceled after the cancellation deadline. This amount will be deducted from your deposit.
- $5 Laundry Fee for not wearing camp shirt (A shirt will be provided)
- $25 Lunch fee if lunch is not provided (Staff will pick up nearby fast food for child)

Cancellation Policy

Canceling 3 weeks+ prior to the start date of camp: Full refund excluding deposit.
Canceling between 1-3 weeks prior to the start date of camp: 50% refund excluding deposit.
Canceling less than 1 week prior to the start date of camp: 30% refund excluding deposit.
*No refund after camp has begun without a doctor’s note or a photo of the positive PCR test stick with the child’s name and date written on it.
