How to Book Your Poolside Rental
• Visit our catalog and select the Facility Rentals tab.
• View available dates and time slots that work best for you. (Please include setup and cleanup time in your reservation if necessary)
• Submit your reservation request.
• Receive a confirmation email with payment details, booking details, and next steps.
• Submit your payment on the same day you receive your confirmation email. Your booking is only secured once payment is received; unpaid reservations will remain open and may be released.
• On the day of your event, go to the front office window and receive your swimming wristbands and enjoy your rental!
Reservations must be made at least 10 days prior to the reservation date and can be made online up to 5 months in advance.
