2. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
a. Adopt resolution 07162024 calling a general district election for three directors and requesting that the County of Santa Clara consolidate the election with the November 5, 2024 statewide general election.
b. Approve attendance of one or more Board Members to the California Special District Association Annual Conference & Exhibitor Showcase in 2024 and payment of actual and necessary expenses arising from attendance, in conformance with Board Policy 1035.
3. ADJOURNMENT

The Rancho Rinconada Board of Directors are elected from the community to provide oversight, create District policy, and to address other concerns. The Board Meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm.

Strategic Plan FY 2022 – 2024

The Strategic Plan, which begins on July 1st, 2021 through June 30th 2024, is the blueprint for what the Rancho Board would like to accomplish in the next several years. This plan is based on feedback from the Board, staff, and members of the public and is reviewed periodically.
